Summer School on Sustainable Chemistry for Sustainable Development

 

BNN is happy to take part in activities to train the next generation of researchers. In summer 2024, Johanna K. Scheper was invited to the Leuphana University of Lüneburg’s 10th Summer School on Sustainable Chemistry for Sustainable Development. This year, the topic was Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design.

Dr. Scheper carried out a training on the challenges of implementing SSbD in nanomedicine. Other partners from the EU-funded project IRISS – the International Network for SSbD, of which BNN is a beneficiary – presented as well.
